“The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. ”

“So… black mold in the bathroom like A LOT! Saw a few roach friends. You can see through the wall where the a/c unit had sagged and left a huge gap. Burns on toilet seat and burn holes all over the black out curtain. It looks like a sky full of stars. We were there for a music festival so we were so tired by 1am when we got home we could’ve slept anywhere. The only high spot was the bed. Very comfortable but the sheets were not bleached so they appeared dirty because of staining. I think the……
