“Worst customer service of my life. The front desk lady was rude from the second i walked in. Then she didnt have my reservation and told me its not her problem because i booked through expedia. I ended up staying in a different hotel and i would never in a million years give this place my business.”

While I am understanding that issues arise, the staff acted like this was a huge inconvience for them and wouldn't help. The pool was down and there was no communication of this prior to traveling, which I've experienced with Holiday Inn's”

“They had some technical issues with the booking of their rooms and had oversold their two bed suites with the pull out couch by a lot. Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. The staff got us taken care of by splitting our large family into two rooms because everything else in the area was booked and couldn’t make other accommodations. But it was less than ideal to have our kids sleeping in another room!”
