“Positives: Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Two bedroom suite was spacious. Very convenient location. Cons: 1) Careful with pre-arrival check-in. Keys were ready when we got there and check-in was quick, but our room was given away while we were there. Fortunately, it was during the day and we were in the room when this occurred. Front desk did correct the booking problem. 2) Our floor (3rd) was quiet, but heard people/children walking/running……

“The breakfast was decent! Lots of options. The pool was ok, except it was pretty cold water and there was never any towels. All of the guests we witnessed had to walk to the lobby and get their own pool towels. ”

“Small breakfast bar, orange juice is horrible. Rooms have a moldy smell. If your room is facing the highway. You will be able to hear the cars passed by ultimately if you have pets they’re very welcoming and their policy is awesome and would definitely recommend for that aspect.”

“Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash.……

“Parking was decent not great. Guest dryer broken. Loud dogs barking all night, doors slamming all night, loud conversations in the hall and Mexican music playing loud from hall all night. Overnight guest services was called nothing was done was reluctant to do anything. No fitted sheet on the bed. Shower got hot and drained appropriately.”
