“The front desk job staff are always pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. I had an unexpected doctors appointment that was going to cut into my departure day check out time. The front desk staff heard about my dilemma and offered me a late check out so that I would not be rushed after returning to the room at 11: 30am for a 12:00 p.m. check out. “The overall plus was that the property was conveniently located near airport. The dining furniture was in extremely poor condition. The cushion coverings for all the chairs were tattered & torn. Food: no variety— waffles, eggs, pork sausage; oatmeal toppings were limited. Fresh fruit: only green apples. Yogurt: offered the least expensive option the red/white Yoplait. Room carpet needs cleaning. Water station didn’t consistently have lemons added. Great staff— facilities & breakfast need an……

“We have been staying here for many years. It’s comfortable and convenient but is beginning to look and feel “used”. There was some mold in the bathroom, we had no hot water for showering our last morning ….. the front desk said that they would notify maintenance about the water but we were on our way so don’t know if issue got corrected promptly or not. Breakfast is good, fair selection and atmosphere friendly.”
