“The hotel looks nothing like the photos in person, the room had a smell between cigarettes and marijuana. The room was not cleaned before I arrived, there were stains on the shower floor that were black possibly mold. I’ve never stayed in such a room in my life before and I will definitely not be returning to this place. The price is not worth it trust me”

“We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a double queen bedroom and I was glad there were wall hooks to hang things. However, there was no microwave in the room. We were trying to make sure we actually ate our leftovers. Each time I needed to reheat something I had to go to the lobby area. If you are a guest that plans on washing your swim gear and towels during your stay, there is no guest laundry room! I confirmed this with the desk rep. Other than that the hotel is very clean, and the lobby……

“The staff, particularly Miss Faith, were so welcoming, friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Faith made sure our room was close and explained all the details to us. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.”

“The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The overall feel of the place is a little shabby. The staff however is stellar!! Everyone was friendly and respectful and eager to assist in any way they could. Check in and check out was quick and painless. I was in Charleston to visit someone in the hospital and didn’t need anything fancy so this met my needs just fine.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great in relation to Charleston and being able to save a little money staying here. Close to Patriots Point for tours and not far from beaches. We loved this town and enjoyed the many options for food and cute coffee shops. We did not use the pool as it was fairly small and packed with people. Having fresh water at the elevators in the afternoon was a nice little touch. The breakfast was pretty typical for the hotel…nothing fancy, but good options. It was……
