“My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Both rooms that were assigned to me had mold and were leaking from the ceiling, making them unacceptable to stay in. The room also had blood stains on both the bed sheets and the mattress, which was very concerning. In addition, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room, and the restroom was not clean upon arrival. Neither of the two TVs in the room worked. When I reported these issues, the staff was unable to resolve them……

“I don’t know why they insist on giving them a debit card for security deposit while they already asked for a credit card. The environment is okay, the room is clean and Wi-Fi speed is quick. However, the room is supposed to have a hair dryer but it was missing. The hotel matches its 3 stars rating but could be better.”

“This hotel was conveniently located just off the freeway, making for an easy arrival. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are numerous dining options nearby; however, late at night, delivery choices are quite limited. After a 10-hour motorcycle ride, I wasn't eager to go out again, and with a pet in tow—who can't be left unattended (hotel rules)—I couldn’t dine in somewhere else. The hotel is very quiet, providing a peaceful overnight……
