“The room I was given was much smaller than what was shown in the photos. I specifically booked this property because it advertised workspace suitable for a virtual interview, but the room did not meet that expectation. Cleanliness was also an issue and there was hair everywhere and the towels provided were unusually small. When I raised these concerns, staff were unhelpful and at times dismissive. My concerns were not addressed, and I was told to adjust my tone rather than receiving assistance.……

“I wasn't expecting much from the rating, but I thought this property was lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very nice! My room was poolside so I thought it might be noisy, but this is one of the quietest properties I have ever stayed at! Courtyard and pool were lovely, room was a good temperature and very clean, and check in and out were simple. Really have no complaints, and thought this was a nicer stay than some of the higher-rated hotels at which I've stayed. ”
