上城 2 星级酒店, $59 起

“Bathroom and shower were not clean. Pubic hair in shower, white, unknown substance on taps. No amenities. No kettle, no tea, no microwave. No staff to bring clean cups, glasses. I asked for clean towels, shower mat, glass, cup. Got them 5 days later and they gave me an already used tea cup with tea dripped down the side of the cup. Room was supposed to come with breakfast included, but the restaurant that was to provide the breakfast, was closed most of the days I was staying, so no breakfast……

“A hotel contained in a typical Quebec City old building. As the price is not high, you will get what you expect from this price. The hotel is situated in the old town. The things that I don't like is there are no reception at the hotel and you have to walk to the sister hotel across the street for check in. There is no indication for that and I have waited at the door for awhile of how to get into the hotel.”

“J'avais réservé et j'ai payé pour une chambre avec une cuisinette. J'ai eu une chambre pas de cuisinette, pas de chauffage et pas d'eau froide dans le lavabo. Il fallait se brosser les dents dans la douche si on ne voulait pas s'ébouillanter. Supposément que la chambre pour laquelle que j'avais payé, la cuisinette avait un problème électrique mais on ne m'a pas donné de chambre supérieure et on ne m'a pas remboursé la différence. TRÈS DÉÇU”

“Le personnel à l'accueil très gentil. Il y avait suffisamment de déjeuner. Nous étions dans la section motel et malgré que ça semblait avoir été rénové dans les dernières années : c'était très sale, coulisses sur les murs et porte de salle de bain, télévision non fonctionnelle,sous et derrière les meubles c'était très poussiéreux ( au moins un an), les lampes était gommante de saleté, une de nos chambres sentait la cigarette avec un parfum intense de vanille pour camoufler l'odeur, la douche……
