“This was our first B&B experience, and we loved it! The house was charming, and we really enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The location was great—easy walk to downtown and to the benches along Lake Michigan for sunset. Be sure to book a day or sunset sail in advance because they sell out. Petoskey is also a beautiful little town, just 20 minutes away. Steffan was a wonderful host and truly wants you to enjoy your stay. “The place was beautiful and well maintained the only issue was about the breakfast, that was a decision maker to stay there and it wasn’t provided by the owner. I understand things happen but this is something that you should warned people about because by the email the owner sent the day before we arrived is something that happens some months on the weekends during summer, soo not really happy about that, plus I was supposed to get a refund for that and let see if I can get some of that money……
