“Lovely large room. Had a plug in fireplace that was a nice touch. Temperature control actually worked. Month of March , full breakfast included. Gym out of commission Quiet. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We stayed here before and had a great experience. Location is great and rooms are clean and comfortable. Last night however, was a regrettable experience for which we will not return.
Our room had no hot water in the tub. An issue that can happen anywhere, but the manner in which it was dealt with by the lady at the front desk was appalling.
We were told to run the tub for 15 minutes. When we returned to the front desk to say the problem was not yet resolved, she was on the phone and still……
