“Parking didn't feel safe or easy (no signage on where to park). VERY noisy if your room is on the San Francisco street side. No fan or window in bathroom. Very few electrical outlets. Staff at front desk are not well trained and not friendly - do not know the area and just a seat holder. It has a TV about the size of a computer monitor. Lighting is poor - one lamp and one overhead light. It is ornately antique but could use with some upgrades, water especially, bathroom sink had very little……

“The unit we were in had carpet that was really old and dated. It looked dirty. The living room couch was almost unusable with springs popping that required the use of pillows to be able to sit on it. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space in the unit and overall it suited our needs since we were traveling with our dog. There is a really good dog area adjacent to, and part of the facility. “Where's the COFFEE... Only a Starbucks "Wanna be" in the lobby. (Wanna be = offers Starbucks at Starbucks prices, but does not accept Starbucks cards) It used to be that Coffee, Tea, and water were always available in the Lobby.”

“Very pretty resort. The staff was extremely friendly, and checked in via text periodically just to make sure there was nothing else we needed. The hot tub at the club house was refreshing after a long day hiking the national parks nearby. The room was very nice, with a full kitchen and we'll maintained. There were five deer in our front yard one day. We loved this resort so much that we came back. We were at the same place last week.”
