“When we checked in we were given a room with a lake view and handicap accessible, which was great because my son in law is a disabled vet with mobility issues. The first night and the first time we tried to use the toilet we discovered it was stopped up. We asked for a plunger and was told the did not have one and could not find one. So at 8:30 we had to change to a non handicap room with a parking lot view. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and was basically told "oh well". My son in law……

“Good location, Close to beach and restaurants. There were electric bikes around the corner. I was confused about parking as I thought it’d we inside the compound. I felt safe, I had no safety concerns. I would suggest fragrance as it smelt stale upon entry every time we entered, places to hang towels to dry. And window coverings or curtains in case someone wanted it for the bathroom area. Overall I would definitely stay again! ”
