“Friendly staff!!! Hotel accommodate local routes. Only thing I would change is providing microwave in rooms to reheat outside food!! Highly recommen this will be my stay for every trip.”

“Everything was great except the pool and hot tub. They let us use the next door one but it wasn't great either. Hyatts pool was freezing and the hot tub was just as cold. The pool next door was warm pool water and colder hott tub. If they got that under control it would have been a perfect stay. Food is good. Its alot to choose from and they do change it up. And yes breakfast & parking is included so that was a plus too. I'd definitely stay here again. Room was very spacious and clean.”

“This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast.”
