“Don’t stay at this property the rooms are horrible and dirty with bugs everywhere.”

“The housekeeper never came to dump our trash, bring new towels, wash rags, hand towels, remake our beds and replace our sheets, I waited until 6 PM and I finally called someone and asked someone to come bring me some sheets and if someone was going to come and do our room, but the lady said that she couldn’t leave the front desk so I had to go downstairs get new sheets and towels.”

“The shower head in the bathroom was broken causing the bathroom floor to flood with water. The hotel smelt like marijuana. The staff was mostly nice especially the ladies who helped out with the breakfast area in the mornings. The only positive to this hotel is close to the minor league baseball field. We would not recommend this hotel to families due to the excessive smell of drugs.”

“I've stayed at this hotel several times, and I keep coming back because it fits my needs perfectly. The biggest advantage is the location- you can simply walk across the highway and be on the beach within minutes. It's also a convenient drive to restaurants, attractions, and everything else I wanted to do while visiting Biloxi. My room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which is especially important during the Mississippi Gulf Coast summer. The staff was friendly……

“It works for a quick overnight. Staff was very nice and helpful when we did have an issue. My parents came into their room with no sheets on the bed, but they quickly switched them to a new room that was accommodating. Downside was the deadbolt on the connecting room did not work, but it was not an issue. Our beds were clean but I did see a roach in the room and some spots that had been missed cleaning in the room.
