“All the staff we met were polite and very helpful. Both the evening meal and the breakfast were spot on, especially the breakfast. An older hotel kept to a high standard. There's limited parking with a £5 a night charge.”
“The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs ”
