"Hotel well location to bus routes etc but room was very minimal. Originally we were put in a different room that had a dirty shower, headboard and radiator and had broken furniture alongside curtains that opened to a wall, the window was way above our heads, so had minimal light, the reception kindly moved us to a better basic room which was very kind of them and they were always super helpful! "hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay to explore Venice. the room was nice and clean, breakfast had lots of choice including a waffle station which we took full advantage of! Venice is only a 10 min walk to get into the heart of it and explore. all in all was a perfect base for the night for what we needed and would defo recommend. its also the penultimate stop on the water bus stops (blue line) so you get to almost get a full tour around Venice too (about 80-90mins from airport) "

"Staff were all fabulous the only thing that let this place down was the worn out decor,we stayed there a few times in the past 7 years but this time it was really noticeable peeling faded wall paper very worn chipped furniture, bath that you had to stand in the toilet to get in !!!! Bath didn’t work no plugs in sink or bath . Bedding changed every day and housekeeping was very good "

"This place is absolutely gorgeous from the moment you walk in. Conveniently located by the train station, but just enough on a side street that it’s totally quiet. 20 minute-ish walk to the heart of Venice. Water buses within three minutes of the hotel front door. Location cannot be beat. Super friendly staff that made a fantastic room accommodation for me since I had a split reservation. I very much appreciate that. Make sure you book the breakfast because it’s well above average. And having the ability to eat the breakfast in there, lovely courtyard was a bonus. Loads of restaurant options and a delicious gelato shop in the immediate area. And of course you’re walking to the heart of Venice is just restaurant after a restaurant after a restaurant after a restaurant. A+ 10/10. "
