"This is a great place to stay if wanting to explore the Royal Mile. Everything is within walking distance. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but well furnished. Many pubs, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. We took the airport bus to St Andrew’s stop then walked 5-10min to the hotel. It made transfers easy and affordable. "

"Bag drop was convenient (once I figured it out!) and self-check in easy! The room was lovely and comfortable and relatively quiet. Location was close enough and far enough away from the buzz. We easily walked to the castle and got on hop on/hop off bus from there. I would recommend this to someone who wants to be close to the action, but with a more neighbourhood feel. Very safe and clean."

Kept taking us to another location and eventually stumbled upon the garage after circling around a few times. Overall parking location and that it was “discounted” not clear on booking site."

"No issues with our stay here. It is in a convenient area and the staff were great. Only “complaint” is that it is quite small. Our room was pretty crammed and the lobby was often hard to navigate through when it got busy with tour groups. Didn’t really affect us though. "

"Stayed for one night but was good. Room spacious, was a family room, big double comfy bed plus folding settee bed. Only change would be addition of curtain at small window, as only had vertical blind and this let in early morning-light. Breakfast was good, friendly, helpful staff, good selection fruit, cereals and cooked food. Had the full Scottish which set me up for the rest of the day."

"Revisited 13 months on. An Ideal base to explore Edinburgh. Tram stop 200 yards from hotel. Car park at hotel reasonably priced at £10.00 per day. Breakfast self service and adequate choice of food. Rooms clean and comfortable."

"The hotel is certainly stylish, however with a slight complacency to their offering this creeps towards being style over substance. The basic expectations of enough coffee in the room for at least one cup each for two people, let alone enough for the entiety of the stay was missed. Failed requests by staff to their group WhatsApp for supplies, resulting in the need to repeat our at the bar.. Also a notably late afternoon attempt by housekeeping to refresh our room, whilst we were getting...
