“Property needs some love, the outside looked rough and the rooms are def outdated, my flight had been delayed for hours and I called to arrange with the property I was assured that my rates would be accommodated since it was out of my control that I did not arrive at my exact check in time. Once I arrived I spoke with the front desk person and they told me to speak to management once they arrived only to be told that I would not be refunded for the night I was not there, I showed him the call……

“It was bad from the time we pulled up. The area was sketchy. The man at the counter was rude, not personable. The hall ways had weird smells. The room was tight fitting. There were bugs in the room. The sheets and pillows were dirty. When we decided to leave, the man at the front was not surprised. Definitely do not recommend! I attempted a refund. Expedia reached out to the property who has refused to refund us! We stayed at another local hotel and it was perfect! And have the price!”

“We stayed there because it is extremely convenient to get to Rupp without fighting traffic. Nice and clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming.”
