“So this is actually a vacation club that they try to get you to sit through a 45 minute sales. The room was good and it is a nice and quiet property. There is a couple things I did not like. First, check in starts at 4 pm and at 4:42 we received a call asking when we plan to check in, we were stuck in traffic. I thought this was crazy! Next, you have to turn down the sales pitch. They also give all adults in the party a thicker rubber band for the pool area, and if you do not turn these back in……

“Family orientated hotel with great pools, walk on beach access, wonderful BBQ options for self catering. Rooms are large and family orientated. Fab stay! ”

“Beautiful villa. Plenty of room and nice view of water and sunsets. Very nice pools and grounds. Very clean and plenty of towels and other extras. Staff helpful and courteous. Would definitely rebook if ever come back to Hilton Head. Quiet but convenient location.”

“The staff here is top notch! They communicated via text to welcome us and let us know to advise them of any needs. Addie is amazing! She did a great job with answering our questions and checking on us throughout the stay. The grounds are extremely clean. They do an excellent job of maintaining the building also ans cleaning the rooms. Everything about this place is top notch! In fact, this was our 2nd stay. We loved it so much the first time we were here a weekend ago, that we decided to come……

“Great resort, great room ”

“We did t know until the second day that there was a heated pool down the street. The big one near check in was unswimmable as it was too cold. Someone should have told us about the heated option. Otherwise great stay and very convenient”

“The beach view is ok , condo had all the basic necessities . One thing I would suggest is the springs of the couch are popping thru the cushions so might be time to replace it . ”
