"So the most important reason to book this house was a game room for us. It was a family picnic to relax and in pictures we saw a game room with pool and pink ponk table and we booked it. On arrival we figure out there was no pool sticks and no pink ponk paddles. We contact them and they said they ordered it and it will arrive in 4 days so this was very upsetting for all of us and because of this we were unable to utilize the game room. "We came to this property for a dance convention. The location is great. Within walking distance of Horseshoe Bay Resort. Also parking out front. However the place smelled of dog. The couches were covered in dog hair and the pillows smelled so bad. Our friends stayed in the main floor room and said it reeked of dog in there. There was also dried up hair in the washing machine. Our toilet did break but the repair man came within a few hours to look at it. I think if they cleaned the place...
