“The property staff were friendly and the food was good. But the amenities were much to be desired. I booked this for an anniversary weekend with my wife, so I booked a lakefront room with a fireplace and Jacuzzi. The fireplace didn't work, the the tub leaked and the jets malfunctioned. The room, although clean showed signs of chipped paint and cracks in the walls and shower. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom besides these tiny cheap discs . The wifi instructions were confusing and you……

“The stay was ok, but I would not stay there again. The bad first the room we booked was extremely small and smelled very musty; we had to upgrade to a suite to get away from the smell. The room was old and very outdated. I found on our last day that you have to request a room cleaning and fresh towels, or you will not get them The good: the bed was very comfortable. The lounge was great, and the fire pits out front were nice. The soaking tubs looked nice, but we didn't try them. With what we……

“The basement level was great for the bigger kids. The foosball table was a big hit and nice sectional with big TV. The kitchen had multiple problems: the ice maker did not work, the faucet head would not retract, and the dishwasher was not properly attached so when you pulled out any of the trays the whole inside tipped forward. We had a crawling baby and the wood floor was not cleaned. There was no broom or vacuum to try to clean ourselves. The website said they had high chairs and baby……

“LEGACY CONDO REVIEW Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the ceiling fans and tvs in each of the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The rugs in the condo were very dirty and we were washing our feet often to keep clean. Unfortunately we were able to hear every footstep of the tenants above us due to extremely creaky floors. Their bathroom fans echoed in our room as well. The only quiet time we experienced was from midnight to 6:45am when the……

“The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”
