"Staff were wonderful - available 24/7 and helped with baggage upstairs. They offered air conditioning, which most hotels on our trip did not. Nice-sized room and bathroom. No laundry machines, but offered laundry to be set out (but not over the weekend). We were housed in an annex off an alley. Completely separate building from the main hotel. 20-25 steps to get to the elevator, and it only holds 1 person with luggage. The elevator didn't work while we were there. Good location, but I would stay closer to the areas I'm looking to visit to avoid transportation. $60 taxi to the airport. The hotel would not work for someone needing accessibility."
