“Elevators were small”

“The experience we had here was amazing. They were quick to respond if we had any questions and were very kind and helpful. We are allowed to leave our bags while we continued our sightseeing for the day and that was a great perk. The location was excellent to places that you could walk within a mile or two. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.”

“Our short stay here could not have been better in every way: communication, tremendous helpfulness of staff (Claire and Bruno), comfort of room and amenities, interesting historic building, elevator, LOCATION (coffee shop and grocery right there, walking distance to piazzas, restaurants, shops, historic sights. I would go back tomorrow and wish we could!”

“A newer hotel in the center of Rome, great location, close to everything the only thing that it was under renovation and still missing a few things like an steamer or iron, since we were w we bring linen most of the time”

“We checked in late and let the staff know ahead of time. They were extremely helpful having everything prepped for us in advance so that it was a seamless process. Really appreciate how thorough the team was to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Hotel is also in a prime location. Highly recommend!”

“Unfortunately had 2 issues which meant not awarding 5 stars. Had no hot water on one day for shower or shaving which didn’t help as I was there on business. Ordered a taxi for a 5am pick up to the airport which was extremely important and having been promised by the hotel that the taxi would be there on time, I waited until 5:15 having tried to speak to the hotel and their taxi company and had to make other very hasty arrangements which involved walking with my luggage to find a taxi.”

“Fantastic location with so much around you are spoilt for choice on food, drinks & gelato options. Rooms were decent size, with a number of good amenities. Only downside was that the elevator was broken when I got there and it meant it was quite a climb with a suitcase, I believe it was fixed when I left. Would still recommend as the location and price was brilliant.”

“Great location. Pretty easy in and out. Room had a dank smell. The bed was super lumpy and used a top sheet instead of a fitted one. The power went out a couple times at night. The shower drain would back up, and the water was cold in the evenings for a shower. Not filthy but didn’t feel clean. It was ok.”
