“It was out first time here and it was beautiful. We stayed for 2 nights and the only minor complaint was they said they clean the rooms daily so we were expecting our used towels to be picked up, the bed to made etc... but no one ever came. Other than that we enjoyed everything about the hotel and we would definitely go back!”

I understand that this is a pricey resort, and I expected that when we booked our stay. What I did not expect, however, was the rude treatment we received from one of the shuttle drivers.
