“The stay was good. The tennis courts were good but you could tell they did not maintain them as well as they should. Also their housekeeping was horrible. When we first arrived we were missing multiple items. The front desk was extremely helpful to get those items to us. However housekeeping was to come every other day. In our 7 full days not counting check in and out days we only received housekeeping once. The prices of food was outrageous.”

“Staff friendly. Breakfast very good although not included. Many amenities for kids next to Busch Gardens. Bed nice, however ceilings and carpet not clean and dilapidated. I had very limited options to cancel second day; would have been reimbursed very small amount;That was unacceptable. Probably more options if had booked through hotel. Did not see a phone number on Expedia to call directly.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everyone made us feel like valued guests. Our accommodations were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The property itself was well maintained, with multiple pools and playgrounds that were spotless and provided plenty of options for both relaxation and family fun.
