“Hotel is beautiful but staff were not engaged. Zero concierge. Included breakfast was subpar on most days. Room had a smell and although they tried to address it, it still lingered. We were there for 5 days and there was no offer to move us to a different room. Rooftop was nice. Location is good. Rooms are large but very small closets. New manager seems good but there are underlying staffing issues. Would not recommend. ”

“Room was disgusting. Was told they overbooked and nothing could be done. Public hair, trash, and small roaches. Machines in the fitness room were broken except for a treadmill. ”
