The only downside (and it was quite a downside) is that our room was above the kitchen and the door was on an automatic closer which meant it slammed every time it shut. "Very nice B&B in Bath, England. Parking can be a bit tricky, but there are also additional spots across from the property. Reasonable walking distance into Bath to see all the sight and restaurants. Helpful staff. Shout out to Bradley who recommended some great restaurants to try in central Bath. He also cleaned the pterodactyl (huge bird)poop off of my car window, which he termed. We also drove out the Stone Henge from there. "

"It is a beautiful luxurious hotel with a superb spa. Rooms were nice and bedding very comfortable. Grey's restaurant food is average and very limited choice and overhyped but breakfast was excellent. The biggest surprise on checking out was that they charged 10% service charge on the whole bill including the room charge that was prepaid on Hotels.com. There was no warning and left a bitter taste. "

"The bedrooms have good facilities which adds to comfort, ie comfortable bed, Roberts radio, iron and ironing board, cafetière for your coffee as well as choice of teas. Large bathroom with good shower which was powerful and hot. We had dinner at the hotel and even though the food was okay, the service was slow. The staff were very apologetic but there were large parties in for dining and there are not enough waiting staff to cope."
