"The old part of the building is crazy old and walls are paper thin. One gentleman at the front was terrible to deal with but management were helpful in accommodating room change. Rooms were all a little dirty and dated ( we stayed in the heritage building night one and a suite the next night, the suite was nicer but cobwebs and needed some tlc) The hot springs and beautiful grounds were the highlight of stay"

"I was not sure what to expect when the room was booked. But now that we are back home I have time to reflect. The staff was over to top, exceptional, and awesome. I highly recommend Homewood Suites at this location and will stay here again if my travels take me to Vancouver!!!"

"Family of 5 booked 2 queen rooms for one night. Upgraded for a small fee to the premium rooms, so glad we did that and definitely recommend as the lobby building that the premium rooms are in are all upgraded/renovated. Affordable prices! :)"

"Very convenient and comfortable place to stay along the TC Hwy. Noise from the highway is audible from the rooms. All guest rooms are on the second floor now, to safeguard guests. First floor is currently under renovation. Some good restaurants and grocery stores nearby, within walking distance. A good place for a rest stop on a road trip."
