“1) The microwave in our room was broken 2) Hotel flooded 3) Breakfast runs too early 4) PARKING was AWFUL and handicap parking was taken everytime!! And a construction worker took parking once.”

“When getting into the bed we found items left by previous guest. We addressed the issue with the front desk. They said that they could move us from 2 queen beds to a king and a sofa. I asked if we would get the room for free or a discount for the inconvenience of some of us having to sleep on a sofa bed. She called the manager and he/she said that we could take the King bed or leave. I started to tell other quest that they needed to check their beds. They eventually agreed to change our bedding……

“Light in the bathroom was pouring water when the room above me showered. The room reeked of old stale smoke. When I told the staff about my room, all she said was OK I’ll let my boss know. I 10 out of 10 would not recommend this hotel.”
