“Loved staying here. It was in the perfect location in the heart of the Alfama district with the tram and tuk tuks stationed across the street. The staff was so helpful and the breakfast was so lovely. The room was nice if a bit small, not much walking room and makes you feel like a cruise ship cabin. But we weren't in the room much so it didnt matter. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The room is quite old and does not match the advertised photos. There were many issues, including a leaking bathroom tap that caused extremely low water pressure. In addition, the television, cooker hood, one of the air conditioners, and several lamps were all out of order. We raised these issues, but due to the year-end period, no one came to repair them, and no alternative rooms were available. It was a very unpleasant stay and completely ruined our trip. It was absolutely not worth the money……

“Room size is a bit small.”

“Location of the hotel is good but it is very outdated and is in great need of some modernization. Doors to the room utilize a physical key that you are instructed to drop off whenever you leave. This was a big pain when trying to leave in a quick fashion or when arriving at the hotel and the staff is busy with another guest. Pillow case was dirty with some kind of sticky substance, we were able to get a replacement quickly by contacting the front desk via WhatsApp (no phone in the room). Also……

“clean,quiet, good breakfast, good location.”

“空調設備問題頻繁，空調溫度及噪音令人困擾；地點安全安靜，服務尚可，處理危機能力不足；早餐服務很好，員工友善；以五星級飯店來說，整體表現實在令人失望。浴室排水孔有霉味，電器插頭會失效。房間經理對房間妥善的品質管理有嚴重問題。”

“位置很棒在Alfma, 飯店人員親切熱情。 回訪里斯本會再入住。”

“Staff and manager always observe your needs and acted actively, no matter in the hotel or its cafe. Sometimes you don’t need to voice out but they will make responses. The location is convenient.”

“We enjoyed staying at Francisco' place. The apartment was bright and comfortable. The property manager Antonio was very helpful not only on our check in but also on the day of checkout. We accidently left one backpack in the apartment and Antonio came to the rescue to open the door for us retrieving it. It happened on Sunday in the early morning. We really appreciated his help. Both Francisco and Antonio cared about their customers. We will stay with them again when we visit Lisbon.”

“Wonderful boutique hotel. Staff was great(Rita) . Highlight was Bruno the bartender. Top talent!”

“Excellent accommodation and housekeeper service. Would be really happy if stay there again”

“早餐種類雖然不是很多，但以這樣的價格很划算，24小時的櫃台接待，非常方便，隔音設備還可以”

“Cozy spot in beautiful historic area of Lisbon. Definitely will be back!”
