“I would have left a better review but apparently the housekeeper did not do a good enough job of cleaning the room beforehand so that when my friend and I left they charged us for smoking in the room because of some residue on the tv stand left over by a previous tenant. At least, those were the pictures I was sent when I called to inquire about the charge. As a person who neither smokes tobacco nor marijuana I am wholeheartedly disappointed in what was initially a decent stay. I will not be……

“Deluxe room chair uncomfortable and bathroom was very small. No information on WiFi or television channels”

“We stayed at this property to attend graduation ceremonies in Oberlin and loved the space. It’s a very small town but beautiful and I wish we’d had more time to explore. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. My mother and I especially loved the coffee/tea station. Having the travel mugs was perfect for us as we were always on the go! My only sad point is that the antique store wasn’t open during my stay. It looks so cute and well stocked. Thanks for having us!!”

“Chewed up candy next to the beds after switched to a second room. The first room had soaked carpets and smelled like mold and mildew. There were hairs all over the sink , and in the bathroom area. Absolutely disgusting. Toilet had urine on it, and I had to clean everything myself. NEVER will be staying at a quality inn.”

“We enjoyed the country atmosphere, being near the water and being near a charming small lake town. It would be nice to have a small microwave and/or a coffee pot in the room.”

“Rooms were clean and the staff was great”

“Noticed some unique design choices that added character, definitely worth checking out if you're considering different options nearby if you need space away from busier hotels around town, though we didn't feel rushed at all here either which is usually a concern on short stays like ours: three nights total.”

“Very nice. Be sure to read the entry directions. I didn’t and tried to enter through the wrong door (there are multiple units). That’s on me though. Cute shop below.”
