“Great place to rest my head the bed was great and the shower. Very clean everywhere. My only complaint was it was still Christmas in the lobby. Me as a business owner would have my employees that take care of that kind of stuff in there on maybe January 1 and it’s all gone. I am gone, but that’s just me it did not make a difference. I would stay there multiple times the rest of my life. I love the place just saying and maybe to take down the Christmas ornaments before we get to January 10.”

“Goods: The bed, pillow and the room is very comfortable. Near stores and restaurant within a walking distance. The pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient for those staying longer. Bads: The heat won't work until like 2-3 am in the morning, room heater system was broken, they had to give me a radiator. Shower also doesn't have heat in early morning (4-5am ish). We had jet lag so we found these during these time. However, overall its good place to stay in, heater problem can be fixed……

But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. More than ten days later, we were still receiving emails from the hotel urging us to pay for valet parking. But we hadn't used the service at all; we parked ourselves, paid for it ourselves when we left, and we have receipts. But they kept emailing us saying we hadn't paid. We had already sent them all the receipts, but they still kept pressing me for payment. This stay was a terrible experience."
