“Room equipped with lots of mirrors, giving a shady and dirty vibe. Nasty odor in the room. Airconditioning barely working, 25 degrees in the room, way to hot. These are not standard hotel rooms, they look like rooms per hour. If you know what I mean... Room was clean though, amenities quite sparse No shower gel canister attached to the wall, used toilet roll and no reserve ones. Small shower supply amenity kit, enough towels. Adverts states there is a bar, but there's none, only breakfast.……

“Staff in the cafeteria (-1 level) is very helpful. He helped me heat up my dinner. Since the hotel is situated remotely, I purchased two cold meals at Carrefour express before checking in. The hotel provides water machines, this is very convenient and helpful.”

“Stayed for one night before the international flight out of Milan. Overall a good hotel, except the walls are a bit thin and we got woken up earlier than planned by our neighbors getting ready for super early flights.”

“It was a long day for us and the first front desk staff could not find my booking so we had to wait there to figure out what's going on. Yet later another girl came and told us she found it after a while. No apology were said by their staff and they had nothing to say. Very disturbing experience and would definitely not considering staying here next time.”

“I did not eat breakfast. There is a buffet breakfast. There is no tea cup with spoon in the room. There is no tissue paper, only have toilet paper. The church nearby rings every hour even at night so bring a earplugs. Otherwise it is fine. The bathtub stopper does not work so I have to sit and put pressure on it to keep it down. No shower curtain if you need to shower. ”

It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.”
