"Nice hotel grounds. Did not have a chance to use pool or try restaurant. Internet not satisfactory. Parking fee seems unnecessary for location."

"Nice place and located in a good area. Staff in hotel were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. They do not supply much in toiletries and the in room coffee was not great, but overall we had a nice stay."

"Weds a good update of the property. Security gates on the property were all broken and taped so homeless individuals were sleeping inside the property gates at night. Great view however from the sun deck and they gave us blankets for sit with our fire pit at night."

"This stay was to allow for us to be close to the 1/2 marathon. The hotel is beautiful, a very unique, older hotel. The check in was seamless and the valets were amazing! The room was small, but laid out well and the ac was perfect for the hot weather. It was a pleasure to have a fridge in the room. I did find morning desk staff to be less friendly than the wonderful afternoon person who checked us in, however, they were efficient. If we get back to San Jose, would definitely stay again."

"This property is beautifully landscaped with very nice, clean rooms. It offers a free breakfast with many choices. If you have mobility issues, be aware there is no elevator and the breakfast room is on the second floor. It is not extremely close to the wharf or boardwalk, so plan to drive or Uber there unless you’re an avid walker. Staff was very friendly & responsive."
