"It is a nice facility. The only complaint I have is that there is absolutely NO service - no matter how long you stay. You have to take out your own trash and ask for clean towels. This is not something we've had to deal with at any other Motel 6."

"Parking fee of $23 per day wasn’t disclosed neither mentioned upon check in. Initially inquired about the parking system, the only reply I received from their front desk staff is “vallet only” and no fee was mentioned. The only time i realized it was on my check out. As a part of the customer service, i believe ALL possible charges must be disclosed…"

"This is my go to hotel every time I'm in Santa Cruz. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, the beds are comfortable, and the two hot tubs are amazing after a busy day."

"Great location in the heart of downtown San Jose, walking distance to SJSU, pretty good hot and cold foods for complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious with our 2 queens and sofa, and the beds were very comfortable. Our car too felt safe overnight in a parking lot that has a closed sliding gate. Definitely would stay here again when I visit the area."
