“Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. Some rentals are sterile, and this had color and decor that made it feel warm.Our favorite feature is the little seating area outside. We enjoyed it multiple times. “We had a great time at this house. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. I was impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was. We did a lot of cooking, and it had everything we needed. Even tupperware for leftovers, which I almost never see at rental houses.
