" Being as you asked about the view, it was of an inner courtyard full of HVAC equipment! Not awe inspiring. During check in, I requested the booking of transport to the airport on the Monday morning and was assured it was looked after. When the airline advised us to be at the airport 4 hours before flight time, I went to the desk the next morning to change the pick up time and found that the transport had not been booked!! Cleanliness was top notch, breakfast was excellent, and the staff friendly and courteous. The hotel is located close to the main train station on a quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and walking to view many of the sights of Rome is easy."

The entire concierge staff with honorable mention Marco, Stefani and Giulia were amazing in helping us with all our plans even with our every need for our engagement photoshoot. The Spa was amazing. Petra the therapist took great care of us and we enjoyed the health benefits of the facility. We are truly grateful.
