“The staff was nice and through pictures and at first glance the property looks cute and quirky. I was given room 310 and immediately noticed the security lock was broken. I went back to the front desk and asked for a new room and he explained to me that they had broken them intentionally so none of the rooms had security locks. The room looked incredibly clean until I climbed into bed and found hair. I'm not sure the sheets or blankets had been changed. When I turned the lights off to head to……

“I’ve stayed in Hiltons as an Honors member for many years. This particular Hilton does not meet the high standards of the other Hiltons where I have stayed.
