The hotel is run down, tired missing on stairs, broken desk chair, smelly room, horrible bed sheets, noisy AC. Onee of the housekeepers was washing the lobby floor and did not have a sign up, I slipped. She simply said it shouldn't still be wet over there and put up a sign.
