Hotel changed room type as a guest prior to us wanted a king size room. Hotel didn’t offer any bottled water to purchase during our stay. Hotel locked us out of our room after the first night and we had to have new keys made. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I had to look for the front desk attendant to call attention to their not being breakfast food for over 25 minutes. I was told he was getting the cleaning staff ready to clean rooms. I asked if that was more important than there not being food for us and his reply was it will be done in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later we decided to go somewhere to eat as there was still no hot foods. When we checked out I told the female desk attendant about the poor service her response was,”I’m not in charge of the food here”. I took photos of the empty hot plates and the dirty sticky floor. Nice decent place if you’re looking for an affordable option. The complimentary breakfast was decent! A hot bar with eggs, sausage and potatoes/hashbrowns; pastries, delicious cinnamon rolls, fruit, and a pancake machine that made some oddly-shaped but OK tasting pancakes.

If you're going to Lake Travis the property is very close and convenient. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was great. I would definitely at this location again.

DISGUSTING!!!! Management is horrible. We have pictures to show the BUGS in the bed. There was hair all over the bed, pillows and bathroom. We had to switch rooms because of how dirty the rooms were. Hunter at “reception” was very rude as well. 0/10 do not recommend
