"The place is totally run down. I had stayed at a Sonder in the past and now that it’s under new management and just reopened I thought it would be good. They didn’t refresh anything during the new ownership. The beds are good and rooms seemed clean but everything else is in rough shape. I had great concern when I got to my room and the lock was broken off. Dissatisfied I decided to bring this to the attention of the staff and check out early and go stay at a better kept hotel. When I asked for a partial refund I was told to email the GM and they would respond. They didn’t so I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you are ok with mediocre service and conditions."

"This is a lovely and clean hotel with wonderful staff. The only place that they need improvement is in breakfast, they really need to label the foods and those with religious or dietary issues or even vegans/ vegetarians will have a hard time eating here. Lots of cross contamination as meat and eggs are put together and spoons tongs are mixed. The food was delicious but it could make someone really ill (anaphylaxis) if they accidentally eat the cross contaminated food. Thank you for the wonderful stay!"

"Staff is good, but hotel not that good. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived to the front desk which has bullet proof glass. We got in the elevator and it started shaking and making noise with a sign saying "inspection failed" Our room had blood stained curtains, bodily fluid stains on both beds and sheets, mold in the shower, the couch had white stains everywhere. Our room phone did not work so I called via cell phone because we had NO toilet paper, and when he said he would bring it up he never asked our room number and told us we were the only guests that night. Our door also did not have a deadbolt or lock. We immediately went downstairs to complain where we were offered another room but declined due to safety issues. As 3 young females we were unsafe and unable to stay in hazardous conditions and had to book an entirely different hotel. I spent $400 and never got a refund even with pictures of proof. Horrible service, horrible rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE"

"The air conditioner needs to be looked at because it makes a screeching sound. For an ADA room, it’s not very ADA. You need more clearance around the bed as only 1 side had the 37” clearance. Bathroom had an acrylic holding soaps balanced between the 2 grab bars. It’s strange that the entrance is in the basement and someone else has to go down to then ask the staff to call the elevator so you can get down. We made it work but it could be better, especially for the price. "

"The only thing I found lacking was that there is no guest laundry facility. Not a necessity, but definitely a nice-to-have amenity."
