"Front desk staff was very helpful. My room overlooking the wooded courtyard was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you for having a heated swimming pool and offering delicious coffee and citrus water all the time. The only suggestion I have is to bring in a professional carpet company to fix the carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor. It obviously was installed by someone who really did not know what they were doing and is definitely a tripping hazard."

"My flight came in early so I went to check in early. The person at the front was so rude!(sabena) she told me the price and I said yes and she was like “ you didn’t say anything “… she put me in a room that smelled like weed! There was no remote for the TV in the room. I’ve stayed at Sonesta before… this is not the standard!!!"

"Rooms are remodeled but all drywall is falling and crumbling everywhere. The pool isn't available and the on-site laundry is broken. Theres no breakfast and most of the ice machines are broken."

"Terrible experience, rude staff tried to accuse me of not paying my pet fee. They had to change my room because the room they put me in originally was disgusting. The air conditioner had dust buildup on it. The granite top in the kitchen was cracked. There was mold and mildew all over the bathtub. They moved me rooms and then I informed them that the room that they moved me into that the refrigerator was not working properly, and I have special medication that needs to be refrigerated. They did not care to take care of the problem they told me it was my fault that they had to switch my room the first time. Started talking crap about how I left the room and the condition it was in when I had video evidence and photos to how I left the room. They told me it was my job to sweep and clean the hotel room. "
