"Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. "We traveled here for a less than fun reason, my daughter's knee surgery, HOWEVER, the numerous amenities of the home and its prime location made it so pleasant and much more like a true vacation. The water across the street, a five minute walk to Downtown Mystic, and great and safe areas to run all made our visit perfect. The best restaurants are all walkable! No parking to deal with.The house is newly remodeled and the finishes are topnotch, plus the beds were super comfortable and the linens...

"This property truly is a stroll's distance from downtown. Mystic Pizza just a short walk away. (You really should eat there at least once.) The house is right off the street but is very quiet in the evening, so no problem. The description is accurate so remember the stairs are steep. The landing at the top is a pleasant spot to read in. Beds comfy with a selection of pillows. Kitchen had all the basics needed."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Mystic at the Captain Burrows house. There were so many little touches to make us feel welcome throughout our stay. The house and grounds are absolutely beautifully decorated. The nautical theme fits in perfectly with the history of the house and the town. There were three of us traveling together and we each got our own rooms, which was important to us. The beds were very comfortable. The lady who slept downstairs said the bed made squeaks whenever she moved,...

"Myself, my wife, and two of our friends went out for a night in mystic and didn’t feel like driving too far. The house was an easy and short walk to all the goodies in the center, clean, and the host was wonderful and responsive. My only comment is the “3” parking spaces is a bit tight. Two cars fit easily, but the third is a stretch. Overall thought it’s a great place and a recommended experience. Thanks!"

"We chose this spectacular property for our wedding that only included seven members of our family for it's charm and access to downtown Mystic. Lynn and Skip could not have been nicer or more helpful in their hospitality and recommendations. The kitchen was both beautiful and functional, the dining area fit us perfectly, and the expansive patio was an amazing spot for our ceremony and relaxing by the firepit on the following night surrounded by flowers and a bubbling fountain. "We spent a long weekend here and had a great time. The house had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated. The room with trundle bed was perfect for kids. Owners were friendly and accommodating. The best part was the location close to town. It was really nice being able to walk and not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay to enjoy all that Mystic has to offer. We will be back!"

"Kori Cottage was an absolutely wonderful spot for us and our dogs! The location was great, being within an easy walk to all of the local attractions, beach, shops, restaurants, etc. on both sides of the train tracks. The home itself was also thoughtfully set up, including extra dog beds for the pups and a fully fenced in large yard for them to run around in between walks and naps. "Great location, lovely house and property! My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend for an event in Rhode Island and very much enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, well-kept and spacious. The back deck was a great place for relaxing out in the nice weather. The house is within driving distance to plenty of local restaurants and shopping (though on the weekends things did close early). We did not attempt to walk anywhere from the house, but probably could have if we had more time to...

"We loved staying in this cozy, historic home! We were traveling with 4 adults and a toddler, there was plenty of room for everyone including a little playroom ideal for our pack n play. The backyard is an amazing bonus too. It’s important to know someone with even mild mobility problems may not be comfortable on the stairs, but there’s a bedroom downstairs for that. Perfect location for exploring all around the Mystic area, can’t wait to return!"
