The rooms weren’t cleaned well; there were stains on the pillowcases, and the pull-out couch still had a used alcohol bottle inside. One of the drawers even had hair inside. At one point, a housekeeper came into our room while we were on the balcony to ask if it needed cleaning. The restaurants weren’t the best either; the food was good, but it always ran out. "
