Would have been nice to have had some essentials in the house when we arrived, our flight was a late one so we had nothing at home to eat when we arrived, and some more toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing tablets would have been helpful. "The pool and view from the property are exactly as the photos, out of this world, we had a great time staying here. We also loved the location, a nice quiet area, but a short drive (5 mins) to fantastic beaches, and you can also walk (20mins) to a fab restaurent near the beach which is a real bonus. A great location for exporing beaches, but also the mountains nearby. The property itself is spacious and has everything you need. No AC - so fans are needed, but we managed okay."

"The villa was just as described - the outdoor setting for eating and relaxing was amazing together with the pool and solarium which made the villa holiday fantastic. The only minor issue was the second bedroom as it is tight for space - we were 4 adults. The location was perfect and we often walked to the local pizzeria/restaurant- 5/10 minutes, Budoni and the sea are 5 minutes by car. Just a great week- thank you."

"We booked this lovely villa for a weeks stay, very last minute. Francesca was very accommodating and extremely helpful with recommendations for car hire,taxis,places to visit etc. All in all an excellent host! The villa was exactly as shown, well equipped inside and out (lovely pool) and the view was amazing, the little welcome gift on arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated. "Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Objekt selbst ist auch sehr gut. Das im Inserat versprochene sardische Essen gab es nicht. Auch die Gastfreundschaft ist noch sehr ausbaufähig. Wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen, da das Objekt viel zu teuer ist für die Ausstattung. Klima in allen Räumen aber das war es auch schon mit der gehobenen Austattung. "

"Good location, that gives the opportunity to easily move between beaches, nevertheless the car is needed. Market in the neighborhood, 2 min by car. / 5 walking The communication might be better if the property manager would speak English. The restaurant that was recommended - Il Colle - was appreciated! The mattresses are poor, they have to be replaced asap! 7 out of 10 as general impression."

The house is comfortable with its two spacy bathrooms. Now, to the things that can/should be improved and here we know Claudio is not a convinced learner as we read in other reviews of his house and his camping site: - The place was not really clean on reception, bedlinen could be of better quality (cotton instead of 100% polyester).The...

"This was a wonderful stay at Vito's apartment. The check-in process was smooth with Vito there to guide us through the property, and they were kind enough to leave us some Italian biscuits as a gift! The apartment is clean, and easily cooled with the air conditioning. The veranda is a nice (but still cosy) space to eat and even with the A/C off, the apartment didn’t get too hot at night. "Stayed 10 nights here and used it as a base. It was a lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Communication with Stefano was really easy and he was responsive. We managed to get through even though we don't speak Italian very well!!!! Location was good. A short walk down the hill and there were lots of eateries, gelateries, and a lovely beach. The beach at tancau is also within walking distance. We absolutely loved sardinia. And will be going back as soon as we can. I would happily stay at...
