"The room was a complete lie. There were roaches everywhere and mice poop and dead roaches in cabinets and in utensils. Tons of dog hair everywhere.
We attempted to clean floors do best possible we recorded videos and proof. That night the smell of chemicals was soo strong. We requested to shorten our trip to after 12 hours no response I had to call them. She said they would come look at the place. Had me email them the videos.
They claimed they saw nothing on thier walk through. I had told her...

10/10 Excellent
The hotel was beautiful inside and out. The only thing we had any trouble with was house keeping, and that was just having to ask twice for more towels and bathroom tissue and they didn't come clean at all during our 5 night stay.
Chase at the front desk was excellent for advice and tips on Branson and was very pleasant to deal with. The sweet shop was a great place to have dessert and the coffee was a must. The Breakfast buffet was super delicious as well and worth the 20$ per person...
