“Our room was relatively clean, but the bed was uncomfortable for sleeping. Problems we encountered: 1. There were exposed wires on the non-functioning smoke detector. 2. There was an obvious electrical short circuit in the reading lights above the beds, and the light switch was broken/missing on one of these. 3. The security chain on the door was missing. We notified the front desk staff about these issues and she said she would notify "the manager". I doubt she did since her……

“Clean room, convenient for a couple of nights. It includes an electric stove and a fridge, which makes it convenient. There is a laundry service, which is very practical in case you need to do some quick laundry. Some negative aspects were that our microwave oven did not have a glass plate (I don't know if it was intentional), and the room wasn't really that soundproof, so there were moments you could hear people coming in and out of their rooms or the elevator. “The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.”
