“Apartment is nicely renovated and host has made sure you have most everything you need. Super clean and location is convenient to the “T” (5 min walk to Maverick station then accessible to anything). Thanks for a great stay and prompt helpful communication! ”

“The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. ”

“We enjoyed our entire stay in Quincy. Walkable to the beach area and the T, quiet neighborhood and Todd, our host, was helpful and responsive. We had up to 6 people staying in the house and we had plenty of room. Enjoyed grilling burgers on the patio and spending quality time with family for the week. ”

“Place was everything it said it was. Clean and easy to get to. Parking with all the snow was difficult at times but if we are willing to walk a bit there are spaces. Coveneinet to restaurants and food”

“The location of this unit is so convenient to public transportation.It was immaculately, clean, very bright and comfortable inside. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful.It was the perfect place to stay with friends and day trip trips into Boston. Communication with the owner was really easy and he was very responsive.I would definitely come back here!”

“Sink Faucet in the main bathroom was wobbly,had difficulty turning on cold tap. Wall paint in main bathroom was peeling off. Parking was not that great . We have to park in the street after 7pm if you want free parking. We ended up staying in the property from4pm til 7pm so we can secure the spot where we were parked. We were afraid there won’t be available parking spot if we leave our parking spot. I don’t feel like the bedsheets were freshly laundered. My pillow case doesn’t smell like it was……

“House was impeccably clean and designed so beautifully. The location was a quiet little street full of lovely historic homes. The beds were so comfortable! Joe was a super nice and responsive host and helped us out when our flight got changed and our arrival time was several hours earlier than expected. We truly enjoyed our stay here.”
