NEED DUVET bedspread covers so we know they have been washed, and LIGHT colors to see cleanliness. One hour before check in,the room still had not been cleaned; our check in was then delayed an hour. Mike was responsive, however I feel the cleaning was rushed. Bathroom vent and other vents FILTHY ( I have pictures). Cob web……
