“Thank you VueStay! After arriving, unloading and unpacking at our lovely condo we managed to lock ourselves out!! I called your help line and got a real and very nice person who called a local employee of Crystal Mountain to come and unlock the door. He then called back to check on things. “This was the worst VRBO experience I have ever had. It is the first time that I have not been able to stay in a property I've booked and I've used VRBO extensively. There was a leak in the ceiling of the property that obviously had gone undetected for a period of time as the condo smelled very musty and the carpets/floors were soaked. The one positive was that we did get an immediate response as far as them showing up, but there was really nothing that could be done to salvage the property……
