“Everything went very well. Place was very clean. The location is perfect. There is a very steep incline leading to the beach so I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone who has any trouble getting around on foot. But the beach is perfect! Clean and close by. Beautiful sunsets every night. Grill did not include propane and it was tough to walk around outside barefoot due to the excessive acorns on the ground. Nice clean pool right outside the door. “The unit was spacious and clean and worked well for four of us. A few details affected having a “perfect” stay. Our first night there we started hearing construction noise from the business being built out below late at night that continued past 1 am (banging and drilling). The trim on the treads of a small set of interior stairs in the unit kept coming loose and needed frequent replacement to avoid it being a tripping hazard. It was very warm in the unit (but chilly outside) when we arrived....
