"Fun location, especially in summer months. Right next to boat rental business and boat ramp for Hamlin lake. Great location for small family or 2 couples. Did not receive check in or check out instructions from host without inquiring about them and never received response for check out. Had some water damage occur to floors in one of bedrooms due to constant rainy weather. Informed hosts so hopefully gets resolved! Has basic kitchen essentials, towels, and hand soap.Wi-Fi and smart TV also in living area"

"This was a great find for our family of four! The cottage was small, but it had everything we needed, and the location was incredible—just a few blocks from the beach. We had our 5-year-old and 11-month-old with us, and the space was very manageable for our family.Having a broom and dustpan available would have been a big help with the little ones, and some of the dishes needed a quick wash from the previous guests. Overall, those were minor issues for us during our stay. We really loved the proximity to the beach and the charm of this sleepy little town. It was a wonderful spot for a family getaway, and we’d happily stay here again!"
